A
kiss
arrived
unexpected
in my life today
through an open heart
pulsing across distance unknown
awakening this morning like a second dawn
painting flowers across my dream where I swim in life
I
took
a pause
long enough to
realize the bliss in that kiss
unsolicited today though long dreamed
and gave thanks toward the horizon covered in pink joyfulness
A
time
was then
gratefully held
here in a warm bosom
undressed and naked enough to see
as soft as flesh but as clear as morning on a still lake
I
know
where this
leads and how deep
synchronicity accelerates now
your hand slides across my chest without touching
and a new light erupts slowly oozing like lava from inside my soul
A
glow
transcends
and spreads open
like virgin legs unsure but willing
un-hurried un-coerced un-knowing and un-stoppable
wiser grows the heart as it gives freely without counting what returns
I
take
another sigh
reaching what I cannot
seeing what is forbidden to touch
touching what was kept forbidden to see too soon
as you arrive upon a breath of spring and flowers bloom in my heart
