My light belongs to you and not me
I shine my light through you
so that other's might see
my beloved other selves
you make me holy complete
and through you my light radiates without my name
truer in form than when you see it shining from me
just as your light too is more sweet
when reflected through those you love
and because then it has no name
no return address begging a reply
you and I are removed from the streaming beam
because we gave ourselves away
shimmering fully our divinity for free
making no demand or expectation
knowing that our untasted kisses
will multiply as they land
upon unexpecting cheeks
making the world a brighter place
where our children can swim free
and see more clearly
by the light
of their own glowing hearts
and joined hands
that we are one
but in our many
